OMG blown away right now … with my digital friend Claude, I was able to implement a pretty snazzy caching strategy using Deno KV (their edge key/value store) and properly set http caching headers including ETags 🎉

Man typescript drives me nuts sometimes … the handler function in Deno Fresh gets the data, has the right types applied and then in the function to render the page, types are “any” for the data coming in from props … grrrr

Focus is an interesting concept is it not? The fact that you can really only sorta see one thing at a time.. fascinating somehow. Speaking of building your own tools: My friend and co-founder Daniel made this thing which one can interact with ChatGPT style but it’s aware of aaaaallll the content we put over the years pulled from @sanity.io ‘s content lake. It even uses custom embeddings to be efficient with tokens.. so cool.
Making your own tools is a really satisfying experience. Kinda had this expectation that something would probably not realllly work out in the end but I kept pushing for it, and now I can just happily record any meeting and have it be summarized and sent to our notion db — 🪄 #diy #hacking
